Our Team.
Our center was founded by our CEO, Natalie Wilson. Natalie has over 20 years of experience in the fertility industry, and her passion for helping individuals and couples build families through surrogacy is the driving force behind our agency's success. Her leadership and commitment to our clients have helped Connecticut Surrogacy Center become one of the most reputable agencies in the country
Our Surrogate Program Case Manager, Jasmine Kim, has over a decade of experience in surrogacy management. Jasmine is responsible for overseeing our surrogacy program, including the screening and matching of surrogates with intended parents. Her expertise in managing surrogacy arrangements and her caring approach make her an invaluable member of our team.
Our Surrogate Intake & IP Match Coordinator, Rachel Garcia, is the first point of contact for surrogates and intended parents. Rachel has extensive knowledge of the surrogacy process and takes the time to understand the unique needs of each client. She is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for all parties involved.
Our Intended Parents Coordinator, Vicky James, is a licensed social worker with years of experience supporting individuals and couples throughout the surrogacy journey. Lisa provides emotional support and guidance to intended parents, helping them navigate the sometimes complex emotional and legal aspects of surrogacy.
Our administrative staff works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our agency runs smoothly. Our administrative team is led by Jessica Lee, who has over a decade of experience in office management.
